How Food Sensitivities Impact.. Your Digestive Health

Do you ever feel bloated or gassy after a meal? Do you feel constipated or have diarrhea more than once a week? If so you are probably eating something you are sensitive too. The majority of people with food sensitivities have reactions in their gut first and then it can impede other areas of their health (see coming blogs for details).

But how are foods actually causing digestive distress? Well when you eat a food you are sensitive to it’s causing inflammation and a Leaky Gut. LG is when there is damage done to the lining of the intestines, making them permeable, thus allowing foods to cross into the blood stream leading not only to digestive distress, but the other health issues I will be discussing later.

If you have ever dealt with Leaky Gut, IBS, GERD, Acid Reflux, Ulcers, Crohns, Colitis, or just feeling bloated after meals, it’s probably time to figure out which foods are causing these issues. Luckily there is a test than can tell you which foods are causing issues so you don’t have to guess. If you are interested in testing please let me know!
